life isn’t fair, Life is not just
Some kids just carry on with little fuss
While Some are born with storms inside of us
St. Jude, St.Jude
It’s just not right or natural
That ones so young should fight this battle
No loving parent should outlive a child
St. Jude, St. Jude
We’re on our way to Memphis
On our way, (on our way) to Thomas Place
Children there’s a miracle
Children there’s a miracle
Oh, Children there’s a miracle
St. Jude we’re on our way
No gesture’s small that’s from the heart
No heart is small that give’s a second start
When Love and charity can be so hard
St. Jude St. Jude
Buckle up, dry your eyes
There is hope at the end of this night
No child should die in the dawn of life
That’s not right St Jude

Born of the universe
Stardust taken shape
We find ourselves upon this rock
Trying to understand our place
Let’s turn our thoughts today
To where we all come from
On the journey of Stardust to love
A journey of happenstance
Carved by a river of time
Every life upon this earth
Has brought this love to light
Let’s turn our thoughts again
The path that we are on
Is the journey of stardust to
Love, tell me can you feel it
it’s stronger every minute
Pulling us to one
From stardust to love
The age of Aquarius
or the age of man
I feel a shift is happening
An awakening at hand
Let’s turn our thoughts once more
To what we’ll all become
On this journey of stardust to
Love, tell me can you feel it
it’s stronger every minute
Pulling us to one
From stardust to love
Tell me can you feel it
it’s stronger every minute
And pulling us to one
From stardust to love
A search for love on distant worlds
will send us to the stars
where brand new life awaits for us
From the waking of stardust

Hands that tucked you in at night
sang “a too ra loo ra loo ra” lullaby
Now a son holds his mothers hand
Sharing a moment in dance
A mother gains a daughter
A son takes a wife
Papas Watch and grandmas ring have been
Passed on down along through the family
With a vow to carry along
a promise of time and of love
A mother gains a daughter
A son takes a wife
love takes hold, rice is thrown, wedding bells chime
And when you search for that right one
You know your search is done
When you find a bride as beautiful as Mom
A wife can’t replace the bond
Of a boy and his Mom
love takes hold, rice is thrown, wedding bells chime
And when you search for that right one
You know your search is done
When you find a bride as beautiful as Mom
When you find a bride as beautiful as Mom
When you find a bride as beautiful as Mom

I run with wild horses
03:11
|
|||
I run with wild horses
unbridled by the reins
No burden no course has
direction left unnamed
the lovers, poets and dreamers
loose with flowing manes
we are the wild horses
our spirit not be tamed
I run with wild horses
We run with thunder on the plains
when one cannot be broken
the wild horse remains
I run with wild horses
A powerful beauty
No harness on my back
no man made vice on me
The dancers, writers and singers
Not like the working breed
Without hitch or handler
The wild horse runs free
Wild horses, No brand upon our skin
Wild horses, No fence to keep us in

Gypsy Curse
04:01
|
|||
Jude is a prodigy, studies criminology
and witch craft on the side
working on spells at night
JoJo Hallenbrite, browsing on a dating site
He found her on the queue
I would like to meet up with you
As she opens up the door
She takes him by the hand
I bet you wanna know for sure
Just what happened then
A gypsy curse she was singing out
Eyes rolled back, head spinnin’ ‘round
Her gypsy curse dropped him to the ground
Dropped dead, no heartbeat to be found
Now Jude is back in class again
In her lab coat, pad and pen
Teacher tells her she missed a clue
And must stay after school
Hangs her coat up to stay late
With blood spatter DNA
Forensic analysis, murder motives and fingerprints
When he comes to check on her
She hops up to her feat
Now check it out this part right here
Oh, yeah this is sweet
A gypsy curse she was singing out
Eyes rolled back, head spinnin’ ‘round
Her gypsy curse dropped him to the ground
Dropped dead, no evidence to be found
Detective Maxwell questions Jude
But as he tries to reach the truth
A gypsy curse she was singing out
Eyes rolled back, head spinnin’ ‘round
Her gypsy curse dropped him to the ground
Dropped dead, no crime scene to be found
Now if you hear that gypsy sound
Take count of your loved ones around
But if you sing her gypsy tune
It might awake the gypsy in you

My Satellites
02:44
|
|||
My wife turns and asks which shoes do you think better match
Like a flamingo she stands in front of the looking glass
Then my kids litigate for another hour of play
Like lawyers they wield this billion-dollar case
And my satellites spin round and round
The delicate balance of gravity
Yes they keep on spinning round and round
With separate variations of velocity
And they re-define my world as they constantly spin round me
And my satellites spin round and round, round and round me
My dogs grab their leash, at the door they wait for me
It’s comical to see, they think it’s me that they’re walking
and I love to watch the show
as they spin around my globe
My folks they live a half a mile away
Like dependents they call, could you help us out today

The Ride
03:25
|
|||
My hands on the gearshift, it shakes with the road
I’ve got my course set and on cruise control
But it’s easy to forget as you’re making good time
It’s about the ride
My pens on my datebook, I’m looking months ahead
I’m filling my days, mark them in red
While my kid waits for me with his football outside
Time passes by
Its the ride
I’m not saying don’t look ahead while you drive
It’s the ride
Not the destination that’s prized
Keep it in stride, life is the ride
Now, others around you make you question your stride
You want to compare, you want to arrive
While Mr. Jones says, “keep up”, you just sit back with style and enjoy the ride
Its the ride
I’m not saying don’t look ahead while you drive
It’s the ride
Not the destination that’s prized
Keep it in stride, life is the ride
Where I’m now is not where I thought I’d get
All that time wasted planning ahead
Don’t miss the ride
I’m not saying don’t look ahead while you drive
But it’s the ride
Not the destination that’s prized
Keep this in mind, life is the ride
It’s the ride, life is the ride

Best Days Spent
03:12
|
|||
Off in the Bayou where the summer children play
They chase the field grasshopper, sleep while the crickets pray
Up in the city where the street kids dream
Of places the trains don’t go and the quiet wont ever leave
Some will stay, some will move on
But as we settle in to who we are
We find we all grew up the same
It’s just the names and the places change
We know that we all grew up the same
As we look back in time and think of it
Those were the best days spent being a kid
In Middle America, in the smaller farming towns
Kids divvy up the chores but the farms are losing ground
Some will plant, some will move on
But as we settle in to who we are
We find we all grew up the same
It’s just the names and the faces change
We know that we all grew up the same
As we look back in time and think of it
Those were the best days spent being a kid
Out on the coastline where the children fight the waves
They dig for time in the sand but it’s washed out to the bay
Some will surf, some venture on
But as we settle in to who we are
We find we all grew up the same
It’s just the names and the places change
We know that we all grew up the same
As we look back in time and think of it
Those were the best days spent
We all grew up the same
We know that we all grew up the same
As we look back from now you must admit
Those were the best days spent being a kid
Those were the best days spent being a kid

A letter from Heaven
02:48
|
|||
A letter from Heaven came today
Said I’ve been trying to reach you to let you know I’m O.K.
Though you haven’t seen me in the usual way
I am here with you everyday
I’m in your dreams when you’re asleep in your bed
I am in the hugs we give to Mom and to Dad
In the tears that you wept and the hand that wiped them away
I’m with you everyday
Everyday I’m with you, everyday
Everyday I’m with you, everyday
Now I want you to remind Mom to cover her Grey
And tell Dad that I said not to be afraid
Kiss the kids for me in the morning when they awake
So I can be with them everyday
And the kids understand better than we
That she’s not really gone
Just can’t come over to play today
(but) Everyday I’m with you, everyday
Everyday I’m with you, everyday
Everyday I’m with you, everyday
Everyday I miss you, everyday
My five year old boy goes and gets me the mail
He doesn’t read so good but he listens real well
I think it’s from Auntie Lisa he continues to say
Sent us a letter from Heaven today

Weather The Storm
03:31
|
|||
On a dusty road headin’ out of here
Hearts full on hopes and heads full of fear
I thought we could make it, make it right
She hung on my arm, eyes swelled with tears
Cursed the bitter world as I ground the gears
Tryin’ to make it through the night
Searchin’ for the truth at the end of a highway
Caught between the lie of what’s right and what’s wrong
We’ll weather the storm that’s ragin’ in
And find shelter from within
Surrender the fears that ruled our lives
And seek refuge in the night
A forgiving night cleansed by the wind
Left our guilt behind and buried the sins
Tryin’ to make it through the night
Tryin’ to make two wrongs to right
Motel neon lights was all we knew for certain
Askin’ for a room just to shake off the cold I suppose
We’ll weather the storm that’s ragin’ in
And find shelter from within
Surrender the fears that ruled our lives
And seek refuge in the night
We’ll weather the storm that’s ragin’ on
Just searchin’ for a calm
To built the dreams that shape our lives
I’m certain that we’ll find it side by side
A man can grow thirsty from the pain
And seek salvation in the rain

Cliff Diver
02:32
|
|||
Standing in the lights
Time the waves just right
Hold your breath in tight
Cliff diver
Federico Stanz
Barely missed the rocks
Now he’s climbing back on top
Cliff diver
Yes he’s a hero locally
As all the village comes to see
Watch as he soars into the deep
Cliff divers of the sea
40 meters high
With his faith held in the tides
The waters took his life
Cliff diver
Now he’s a legend locally
And all the tourist come to see
The brave men soar into the deep
Cliff divers of the sea
Yes, all the young boys want to be
Cliff divers of the sea

A nice Italian Christmas
02:27
|
|||
Christmas is different at our house, sure we have lights and a tree
but it's more than some presents and gifts that we give with an Italian family
It's Christmas Eve with the family, go throw your coat on the bed
A hug and a kiss put the water on quick, call Frank to pick up some bread
A seafood feast like years before, time has lost the reason
it's traditions that bring us comfort and warmth how we celebrate the season
A pinch of a cheek, a pull of an ear
A nice Italian Christmas
Our Christmas day begins the same, kids run to the tree in a dash
Along side the toys left for good girls and boys are the envelopes stuffed deep with cash
Some gifts were sent from uncle Vince, be sure to send him our love
Away at school for 6 to 10, he said that they fell off the truck
A pinch of a cheek, a pull of an ear
A nice Italian Christmas, a pinch of a cheek on the derrière
That’s a nice Italian Christmas Da Da Da…..
Christmas is different at my house, sure we have lights and a tree
but it's more than some presents and gifts that we give with an Italian family

Laguna Letty
03:25
|
|||
“I have some new pictures for you”
she said, “I finished this one today”
It’s a fish in a bowl, dancing alone under a sky made of clay
when we take for granite our blessings everyday
Laguna Letty walks your way
She carries a notepad in her hand
Since that tragic accident
Now walks with a limp down from her hip
Her speech is slurred and her vision has slipped
Laguna Letty, Laguna Letty, Laguna Letty is her name
I heard she lost her sister that day on Highway 1 PCH
She’s learned to walk a different path
Holding on to brushes and paints
Now walks the bars to show her art
She’ll take whatever that you can pay
Laguna Letty, Laguna Letty, Laguna Letty walks your way
“I have some new pictures for you”
I said, “they are nice, now what is your name?”
